The 1st XI and 3rd XI Matches were both postponed.

The 2nd XI put in a terrific shift to secure a 4 – 1 Win over NPL’A’ FC in the League Junior Cup.

The visitors went ahead in the 29th minute, only to see Jake Searles fire a cracking Ruts leveller just 2 minutes later after he neatly controlled an exquisite Kevin Foster pass.

TBH I was cold and wet in the second period and only saw good strikes from Kevin Foster, George Tidey and Paul Whitthread from a distance bolt up the Victory.

A Big Shout out to our very young Keeper Harry Savage for a sterling display which deservedly saw him secure the Ruts MOTM Award.

The light numbered 4th XI suffered a miserable away day at Tooting Bec ‘B’ , as they were blown out of the Cup by talented opposition. Final Score 10 – 0.

The Walking Football Team lost 3 – 0 against Thames FC in the morning.

This was a keenly contested affair, which saw the Ruts concede all of the goals in the latter stages of the Match.

Our Gaffer’s gave Rob Hellewell the MOTM nod for some sterling defending.
